Karp MX Insulated Exterior Access Door 24" x 24" The Karp MX Insulated Exterior Access Door is made to withstand years of exposure to outside weather. The frame and door are 18 gauge galvanized steel. The door is welded, watertight pan. The corners of the trim are welded and ground smooth. Gasketing between door and frame are 3/8" wide by 1/8" thick closed cell neoprene gasketing. The insulation is 1" thick polystyrene with 5.0 R-value at 75° F temperature. The hinge is a continuous stainless steel piano hinge and is finished with a prime coat of rust inhibitive electrostatic powder, baked grey enamel. The Karp MX Insulated Exterior Access Door comes with two Compression Latches. * Dimensions are H x W NOTE: The Karp MX Access Door 24" x 24" has two latches.
